Hi am from India, have been a fan of this forum for a long time but until now didn't need an account as only used/bought big brand mechanical keyboards, but now i've finally decided to take a stab at building the dactyl manuform keyboard (fingers crossed). So i bought an old tvs gold (probably from 2009) which has cherry mx blue switches, de-soldered all the switches and placed an order for diodes and the frame (SLS 3D print). Still have to figure out how to source some cool keycaps, Aliexpress maybe? but will it reach india at this time... :sigh:
Another thing is since these switches are very very old they don't have the clicky sound i like so much, also they get stuck sometime, What would solve that, new springs, lubing?
