I have a v1 DZ60RGB-ANSI which has suddenly stopped working. I now get a "USB device not recognized" not matter which computer I connect it to, and no matter if the switch is in normal or bootloader mode. I was not flashing it, nor connecting/disconnecting it when this happened.
Any ideas what I could try?
