If you just want a Model M it isn't priced too well, but if you want a Dell one...

It would if it was a Dell Model M.

Which it isn't. Probably a Keytronic. Maybe a cheap Alps board if you're lucky.

Also, the price has almost doubled since it was identified as a fake :P

That is definitely a Keytronic, with rubber cup and foam switches. I have one in front of me to compare with.
The start of the key travel is quite nice for a rubber cup/dome but it bottoms out very mushy because of the foam. May be interesting for historical reasons because the switch is capacitative. The key caps are double-shot, but thin and don't fit anything else that I know of.
