New keyboard enthusiast :^)

Hello there !

I join this forum because I have been interrested in keyboards for quite a long time, but I only found my needs into the common brands : Corsair K70 RGB nd now I have the black Anne Pro 2.
The Anne Pro 2 is good, but I miss the arrowkeys and the numpad, and I dont really like the sound of taping. Plus, I have the feeling that the quality is not premium.

I would to create my own custom keyboard, but I'm lost since there is so much websites and manufacturers of keyboard parts that I don't know where to start. And it's quite hard to know if the products I find is good quality for the price or not.
I'm not looking to luxury keyboard parts, but premium quality if possible.

I would like to build a 65% keyboard but with a numpad on the left, which I can't find on the market.

Happy to be part on that community :)

Hey! Fellow newbie here. When I decided I wanted something premium; something I'd buy once and be happy with, I settled on a custom Varmilo and I wasn't disappointed. They don't do too many crazy form factors but the build quality and aesthetic pre-sale customisation is there. Sadly, what I'm finding with this hobby is that, it doesn't matter how good your board is; seeing all these cool custom mechs and the fun of modding, you'll end up down that rabbit hole anyway.

Here's a link to the Varmilo customisation page for you to check out if you're interested: https://en.varmilo.com/keyboardproscenium/custorn_qiantaiyemian?us_keyboardfunction=Miya69-D(Dual-mode%EF%BC%89&number=69&onlight=1&id=17
