Hey there, like the rest of you, it seems that I have got an interest in the keyboard hobby. Seeing people purchase Jordans and designer wears it really just makes sense that, as a cs major, I should put some time and care into the peripherals that I am using. As of right now I am really tight on cash, but there are many resources around me to learn how to make keyboards on my own. Eventually I hope to be able to make a keyboard that I can show off, to myself, of course, every time I sit down to type up a project or just need to surf the web. For now I have a mac bluetooth keyboard I am thinking of messing around with, since I never really use it, and am looking to get some experience soldering at a local makerspace. We'll see how this goes!
