Cat: What, am I the only sane one here? Why don't we drop the defensive shields?
Kryten: A superlative suggestion, sir, with just two minor flaws. One: we don't have any defensive shields. And two: we don't have any defensive shields. Now I realise that, technically speaking, that's only one flaw; but I thought it was such a big one, it was worth mentioning twice.

The first Kochanski is the only one I care about.  This series is great for the first 3-4 season, then starts sucking hard.  The last season was sad, bunch of old dudes trying way too hard to be funny and relevant.  Was depressing.

She was smeggin hot, no other one after was any good compared to her.

Already had a pole done on another forum apparently:

I was very disappointed to see that "pole" was just a typo.

Kryten: "Pub." Ah, yes: a meeting place where people attempt to achieve advanced states of mental incompetence by the repeated consumption of fermented vegetable drinks.

That one made me think of This one :
"Reality is just an illusion caused by a lack of alcohol...."

It's funny how stepping out of the box and turning the box upside down makes it funny....
Hey, that's funny^2!
Now it's funny^3!

+1 lol - the total cast is exactly 5 people, give or take a couple as the seasons roll on.

Fine appreciation of the subtleties of diliberately low-budget BBC humour is an acquired taste, but one that is well worth cultivating.
Of course, some North Americans have a bit of a head start. :canada:

:first: Red Dwarf, Monty Python, Fawlty Towers
:second: Benny Hill, Doctor Who (1st, 2nd, and 4th Doctors from Seasons 1-6 and 12-18; all of the rest is ****)
:third: ... many other britcoms which I never watch 'cuz they all r teh suXors
