I'd never heard of the C64DTV, cool. Wonder if I need one?
The main problem with it is that it comes with a bunch of (25 I think) built-in games, and most of them I don't care for. It does however contain all the firmware and connection points on the PCB (including joystick ports and PS/2 keyboard) needed to convert it to a useful dedicated C64 emulator - there's even a few mods for it to read disk images from SD cards.
Not sure if they're still available. Got mine over a year ago at the local Hi-Fi store for 15 euros.
