L: laser etched
P: PS/2
A: no windows buttons (hence good spacebar)
EU: US layout, euro legend on 5/%
0: grey

Found this new on german Amazon some time ago.

Low profile,  two retractable legs with rubber feet.

LED brightness just about right.

North side of keycaps has nub leftovers from molding. That's ugly.

Top frame and NumLock keycap removed. The thick blue wire is ground.

MCU board under the keyboard PCB, connected via ribbon cable. MCU board shielded with foil on the bottom, and the keyboard PCB's ground layer from top. Only scary thing - RoHS. I hope they know how to do good RoHS soldering.

Closeup of the (supposed) ML switch top.

Closeup of laser etched keycaps. Very good job here, the color seems to be made from the laser burnings, looks terrific. Black keyboards lose points on this.

Overall, satisfied with the G84-4100.

I had the PPAUS, good keyboard. Not my favorite though; the ML switches "stick" too much.

Yes, ML is probably not the best choice. What I meant that overall I am satisfied with the price, performance, quality, etc. It does fine for secondary compact keyboard.

I adapted to the layout, and it's ok even for heavy text editing - arrows, pgup/pgdn, home/end are ok. What I can't get used to is the "Del" position. And kinda miss the right "Ctrl", for "Ctrl" + "Alt" + arrows executed by right hand only.

This was not meant as a review, I can't do such things. Just wanted to share few pics, as I had very hard time finding photo of different Cherry keyboard models.

Wow, laser-etched.  All the ones I have seen, including my own, have been pad-printed.  Good job.

Mine was a grody POS 'board.  It was a gift, though, so I'm not complaining.

I get the feeling the LPAEU is close to extinct now.
