Missing a battery kit for my Grid650

I believe I am missing a battery kit for my Grid 650, the "Included 18650 battery holder."

I messaged zFrontier back in Nov 2021 to mention this but did not hear back.

Has anyone else experienced this and are there other methods of follow-up?
