And Vladimir Putin isn't technically a psychopath—he's just obsessed with changing history at any cost, and has no regard for human life. I mean, as long as we're talking about that.

Maybe you'll agree: We have to work out some kind of system to prevent truly crazy people from being in control of whole countries, too. It just doesn't work.
