An XT board isn't much of a find in and of itself.
But that is that "Keypatch 10" thing?
I've never seen or heard of one of those.

I searched for it but was searching for "keypatch 10" not just "keypatch" so missed it.  I searched google books and found this old article from InfoWorld Sep 5, 1988.

Through the parallel port? WTF? They couldn't figure out how to do a passthrough on the keyboard port?
