Hi there guys! We are Canary Team, a Vietnamese engineering mech team.
We have been designing and manufacturing PCB since 2019.
Known for Canary60RGB and MechBrewery MB-65S and MB-65H Series.

We open this IC to check if there is demand for PCB design and/or manufacturing.

- Design mechkey hardwares and firmwares with a wide optional features
- Build up prototype with reasonable prices
- Manufacture PCBs in mass-production with high quality and long warranty service

3. Our Design Options and Capabilities
- Any USB connectors
- Any switch footprints
- Hotswappable
- Wifi (require cases design for battery placement)
- Processors: Pro-Micro, Bluepill, QT Py, nice!nano, ARM processors
- Per-key RGB
- RGB underglow
- Rotary encoders (i.e. knobs)
- Split keyboard
- Vial-QMK integration
- ZMK integration
- Design to fit specific cases

4. Pricing
- Base design 500 USD, including:
+ non-split layout
+ RGB underglow
+ Vial-QMK intergration
+ Processors: Pro-Micro, Bluepill, Atmega32u4, ARM processors
+ Provide hardware + firmware design to customer, ready for manufacturing (without test)

Optional:
+ Bluetooth: 150 USD
+ Hotswappable: 50 USD
+ QT Py, nice!nano: 70 USD
+ Per-key RGB : 150 USD
+ Rotary encoders: 70 USD
+ Split keyboard: 50 USD

5. Prototypes
It requires a lot of hard work to bring up a shiny working prototype.
Therefore customers should pay for all the components and PCB manufacturing.
Plus the price for prototype bring-up: 50 USD/PCBs.

6. Manufacturing
The manufacturing prices depend on the layout and specification of the PCB.
We make sure that the manufacturing price will give the customers the profit in the market.
For example:
- Layout 60 + RGB underglow + Atmega32U4 + MOQ at least 100 pcs : ~30 - 32 USD
   Compared with DZ60 rev 3.0 solderable PCB :  38 USD

- Layout 65 + Per-key RGB + hotswap + Atmega32U4 + MOQ at least 100 pcs : ~40 - 45 USD
   Compared with DZ65 RGB V3 HOT-SWAP RGB PCB : 58 USD
