Should be complicated white ALPS, perhaps blue but that would be a long shot so I doubt it.  You'd have to ask the seller to be sure but most likely white.  So either way it would be tactile and clicky.

No Northgate 101 was ever made with Blue ALPS, it was made long after they had switched from blues to whites.  It will have white ALPS, most likely complicated.
