When a thread is split, include the location of the new thread at the end

Had a thread I had started a while back get some new comments, then I got an email notification that "A topic you are watching has been split into two or more topics by Photoelectric."

Went back to that original thread which has now been pruned back, but there's no indication of where the split thread is.

Well the new location would be included if the post wasn't spam/bot garbage.
