Unknown terminal(?) or APL boards

i just found these on ebay locals:



any ideas on these? they first reminded me of APL-boards but i actually have no clue. according to the seller, the bottom side says nothing interesting.
production date: 1981(!)
he wants 5€ for one + shipping. worth a try?

If you meant the APL programming language, I don't see any familiar legends.
