Which Bowser do you Prefer?
« on: Fri, 15 October 2010, 20:31:40 »

I like the one from Super Mario 64, probably because that was the first Mario game I really got into. The original from Super Mario Bros on the NES was a real pushover on earlier stages and never really felt like a threat. Also, 3D. :)

I use opera because I can still run the latest versions in windows 98. It also seems to run faster than all the other browsers out there too.

I like Chrome after they officially added the extension support.

Mozilla before that though

I always thought the Mario Kart version was superior to all other iterations.

Firefox is over-rated, and Google [strike]crap[/strike] Chrome doesn't support windows 9x. I understand windows 9x isn't mainstream anymore, but honestly, it's *not* difficult to support it.
I think Google chrome is a conspiracy involving ch_123 and ancient Rome. ch + rome, get it? Nevermind.

EDIT: and yeah, "bowser/browser", that's silly. There's only one bowser, so, I'd say I prefer Waluigi. Especially since you can play as Waluigi in Mario Party 5 and fight Bowser.

Well boy, you ain't gettin' a cookie. You just took an internet JPG, blew it up, and put some text below it (ewww gross, look at all of those JPEGey artifacts: I can see them so well in 640x480 too).
Now, if you actually drew vader and made a custom font, then you'll get a cookie... from oqsy. He has money to ship cookies to you, I don't.

I use Opera version 10.10.1893.0 because after that it lost some customisation ability on Microsoft Windows Tiny XP revision 9 with SP3 because I detest bloat.

I have a dual boot system for safety using Knoppix 6.0/Adriane/Iceweasel/Virtual Browser Appliance/VM Player used on the internal and 4 external HDD's plus a 8 TB JBOD.

There's a giant picture of Bowser from Mario in the OP.

Can you people not see it?

No. It does not show up in the post, but I can click "quote" and get the link from the post source, copy it into a window and see it there.
I suppose that the web site blocks hotlinking -- there is a "referrer" field in the browser's HTTP request to the web site for the image that leads back to "geekhack.org" and not to the original web site.
You should have made an attachment to your post, like I do below. The reason why you saw the hotlinked image in your web browser is because it is still in your browser's cache. Only after I have got the image from the original site and then reloaded the first page on this forum, I can see the image in your post too.

No. It does not show up in the post,

[strike]But it shows up in people's replies. Which works out rather well. I'd like to think that is by design.[/strike] :hail:
NVM, it doesn't work that way, went to another PC and it doesn't show in people's replies (yet.)
