This is a sign that I am truly going insane!

Lately I am been wondering if I have gone insane?

Anyone remember this crazy mistake?

Well the doo-doo board is no more its keys have been traded for terminal keyboard keys but the black case top still remains.

So I decided I slap this on my Feb 1986 Model M

As per my obsession with Silver Square labels I decided to get one of these and slap it in the corner of the black case as to make my own square label customizer no LED look alike

Its a metal logo from an IBM Memory Typewriter

That square logo will sit in the corner of that black model M's case.

I think that sums up my insanity

There's nothing to be ashamed/afraid of being insane. I've been there and back several times, think I'm there again ATM.
Often outspoken, please forgive any cause for offense.
Thank you all in GH for reading.

Wouldn't it have just been easier to get an M13 shell and put it on the 86 one instead?

You actually are insane. But you're on GeekHack, where everyone else is insane in the same way.

I personally enjoy my Silver IBM labels!

Hey! Those are my terminal keys! I'm glad they found a good home. But don't dye them...they're getting to be rare antiques. --

PIIIIIIICS

I am not sure when the IBM Memory Typewriters where introduced into the market but amazingly enough the emblem was NEW the logo was a bit rusted on the back but in the front it still retained the protective film from new.

AMAZING

Well enough chatter and on to the pics
