Not sure what switches (quite likely rubber dome) or other details but...
Purdy colors...  And speakers... And allegedly microphone...

My work has bloomberg terminals with these keyboards... They're domes.

Cool.  How the domes feel, for domes I mean? What do the speakers sound like? What do you use them for? Blasting AC/DC?.

I just found a Bloomberg keyboard, different from the ones pictured so far.

Unfortunately it's rubber dome.

I'll add to this thread, or do a review after I've studied it a bit. I know little so far; (1) it needs a power supply for the USB to be recognised. It's comprised of four USB devices, which can be used without the Bloomberg network. USB Functionality
  • Keyboard - needs driver
  • fingerprint reader - needs driver
  • audio device - needs driver
  • USB hub - port works for mouse once power is connected.

According to the Citrix support page, the LCD gives keyboard status messages. Maybe it spells out CAPS LOCK. I'll know more when I've determined the power pins on the AT/MIDI DIN5 female plug.

EDITS, notes for review
  • 2-key rollover
  • PSU is wired 12V+ on 2 pins (black orange), GND on 2 pins (yellow, brown), NC on 1 pin (red)
  • keyboard didn't seem to work until I installed software installer, which claimed not to run, because there was no service. The claimed not to install because the bloomberg service software wasn't installed.
  • audio controls tested good: volume control buttons, and mic mute function.
  • speakers are plenty loud, but not full-range; apparently  optimized for human voice (not music).
  • Mic is in bottom key row, right of the right control key.
  • LCD shows functional volume level bar, mic mute, caps lock, scroll lock, and num lock.
  • Other devices (no drivers) disabled in Device Manager: (1) Bloomberg CenterBoard Comm(2) USB Device

Still no problem for me(should I ever manage to find one).  What's the exact model number?

Yes, I've looked up grabbing the whole client + drivers from Bloomberg, so it shouldn't be too hard.

Kinda cool except for being rubber dome.  Not sure about the color selections for the keys on that one - my first thought was different colors of baby poo although I admit it's actually been a while since I've seen much of it so I could be wrong there,.

Mine is for sale, $200 OBO. Model CBT100. I'll even include the 12VDC Power supply hack I used to power the thing, and the client SW downloaded form Bloomberg so you don't have to go looking and testing.

The colors are based on functional groups, but they still are gaudy. I'd have chosen different shades of a warm color instead of apparently random choices of cool and warm colors.
