Perhaps you should complain to them instead of here.  I'm sure they'd be able to deal with it.

I bought a Filco from them recently and have no complaints whatsoever.  I emailed them with a few questions before placing an order, and got a speedy, helpful and detailed response.

Hi nathanscribe - Good to hear you donīt have any problems with them.

I already complained to them.

I thought it was useful to hear my opinion here. Just my two cents.

I received quick replies to questions that I have posted using the Contact Us form on their web site, sign that they check their e-mail frequently.

Try to negotiate a second shipping via TNT Express (for delivery before the week-end, I suppose) and a refund for returning the first one shipped to you via Royal Mail.

I believe keyboardco is a bit pre-occupied with getting all those new higher tier boards in EU layouts in that u can't get anywhere else. This seems to be a bit of a hastle from what I heard talking to them and reading up in forums.

This kind of stuff happens to any company ones in a while and I believe keyboardco is a bit under stress with their new ventures atm. So it should be seen in context.

From what I read online they seem like a top notch company and that bruce guy is very friendly and knowledgable. The fact that they have their own sub-forum on geekhack and that there is active communication between the company and customers going on speaks for them as well.

Their website is indeed a bit 80's.... I always saw it as an homage to the IBM Model M and the general "oldschool" background of mechanical keyboards :)
