Does anyone have any information on this blue Filco?

Hey I found someone selling one of this for $100. I am wondering if anyone know anything about this keyboard such as what switch it might use. And for what reason its shape is so strange. Thanks. http://www.diatec.co.jp/products/det.php?prod_c=10

Seems to be a terminal and or legacy support keyboard.
