I made the mistake of trying to purchase one of their keycaps in early April. I hadn't ever been able to get in on one of their group buys or raffles that I wanted even though I'd been watching them for years. Saw they had some of the Dragonair ones for sale and snapped it up. Literally zero communication. Not thru their website, not thru email, not thru their dedicated support site... nothing. I'll be resorting to a chargeback if I can. It's pretty ridiculous.
