I've just got my hands on a Boscom that I'm plaining on punking the to crap out of.

Imagine those pokemon were old ass PCs that no one wants to use anymore.

I think people here mostly don't say hello but just jump right in with some sort of question. Usually about help in choosing the right board for them.

Saying "hi i am new here wassup?" is more of a sidenot in those posts.

I did it like that, have seen it from lots of folks since then. If you'd choose a forum solely for the purpose of saying hello, I guess "other geeky stuff" is it :)
