The asking price include the PayPal fees.
All of them will ship from China and the buyer pay the shipping fee.
The shipping fee is about 20-25usd (US & Canada), 25-30usd(Europe) and 10-15usd(Asia).
There is another way that I could put the keys on Taobao e-commerce platform so the buyers could pay by credit card and shipping via the express delivery system of taobao.
