Design丨Playing Method
【Design Elements】
The inspiration for the exterior design comes from the unique mechanical charm of the rotary engine, hence the name ROTOR.
【Fidget Spinner】
This mode can smoothly rotate the mid-plate,
The final effect can be adjusted by replacing the bearings of different materials.
*The body is equipped with all-ceramic bearings, which are designed to make maintenance easier through better self-lubrication.
【Mechanical Ratchet】
This mode achieves an adjustable hand feel through a mechanical spring structure, accompanied by a clear decompression ratchet click that provides unambiguous feedback with each rotation.
Aluminum ratchet discs with 30, 48 and 60 ratchet positions are provided. With different numbers of springs, 9 hand feel types can be chose.
*The body is equipped with a 0.3mm wire diameter spring and ceramic beads, and steel balls and other parameters of springs can be purchased separately.
【Magnetic Ratchet】
This mode achieves an adjustable ratchet hand feel through structural design and neodymium magnet magnetism.
Completely different from mechanical ratchets, each rotation has a distinct rebound sensation, and the number of rotations can be freely controlled (when the magnet in the mid-plate is not full).
The mid-plate is equipped with 18 empty magnet slots, you can precisely adjust the hand feel by changing the number and position of the magnets.
*Please note that in the magnetic ratchet mode chassis magnets needs to be fully loaded. In this case, due to the magnetic damping effect, the rotation time of the aluminum version of the fidget spinner mode will be significantly reduced, so an additional replacement chassis non-slip pad is provided for switching modes.
