No idea...you should ask and find out. Refurbished means that someone had an issue with it, sent it back and they either fixed it or found there was no issue. I've had some good experiences with refurbished stuff but your mileage may vary.

24% discount if you're a teacher or student on their keyboards.

asked them about the discount on refurbished. said they offer a 15% discount on those, which brings it to $94.35. Meh. May as well go for the new one at $102.60 at that rate.
