Hello everyone. I have made a 60%EC PCB prototype which runs ZMK firmware and supports bluetooth.
The MCU is NRF52840. The firmware supports battery power saving features and support wake-up by key tapping.
I have been using this PCB for a week. It works without glitch.
By my estimate, with 2000 MaH battery pack, the battery life is about 3 weeks for 1 full charge.
The PCB has jst connector for coonecting with USB typec-c daughter board.
The onboard jst connector is 4 milimeter height.
It can not be used as drop-in PCB replacement for Topre HHKB keyboard.
It is desgined to be used in some 3rd party 60% EC keyboard case like Heavy Grail.
I also made typec HHKB classic/pro3 daughter board.
Want to know if anyone is interested.
