Nuphy Gem80 problem with VIA

I have weird problem with newly bought Gem80.

For some reason it has weird keys assignment - F13 and Print screen cluster.

When tried to use VIA, it kinda recognise it, but when I assign proper keys to those ones, it doesn't save it.

When I press Print, it shows its Scroll lock, when I press scroll lock, it shows Win+Shift+S (snipping tool). I cannot change it to default.

What is wrong?

Nobody can help you when you are that vague. Save it "where"?

Since you are presumably some kind of keyboard god, why don't you just ask the vendor? Just point them at your profile, since anyone of your experience having issues with their keyboard is going to cost them a lot of revenue.
