I would like to present: Spark

GMK Spark brings energy and nostalgia through electric colors, playful accents, and clean thematic novelties.
Yes, it’s a shockingly familiar theme   Let’s just have fun with this one. When was the last time we had a nice yellow set?

This is a design I submitted to the GMK Design Competition which will announce finalists in Feb!
If it doesn’t move forward through the competition and there’s still enough interest, the plan is to run it as a standard group buy with regional vendors as is tradition.

PROPOSED INITIAL KITS

Alt Alphas Kit

Alphas plus Base lets you kit a second board = Value

Extension Kit

This kit lets you change things up a bit and add compatibility for some fun layouts like 6-key 40’s, mini bars, BAE, and a full yellow build instead of accents.

Reminder that this is initial kitting and will likely change after reviewing feedback, quotes/pricing, and what I ultimately intend for the design.
I am going back and forth between including accents/novs in base or moving to the extension kit.
Alt alphas are questionable, so might cut those and focus on the main colorway. Please tell me if you want it!

Why no international kit?
UK/EU vendors cannot keep subsidizing this for you.
If you show me we can get close to 50 buyers, then we’ll run it. Vote with wallets!

COLOR SAMPLES

The only one missing is the custom metallic CV Yellow, which is still in progress.
Flow marks won’t be an issue since this material will only be used for the legends, they’re typically only a concern when the entire cap uses specialty plastics.
It will look really nice on the legends with subtle effects <3



You can order GMK samples from regional vendors or directly from GMK, so you can see the stock colors in person.

Hope there won’t be any confusion with biip’s PBTFans Spark.
Both sets are fire imo, and I still don’t own a yellow set yet.
GMK Spark is easily the best take on this colorway so far.

I know I’m definitely in a very small minority, but fingers crossed for an International kit.
If that happens, I’m 100% in.

I sorta agree with this. The main inspiration is one flat colour. I also think the two colours you've chosen clash a little. Also not super keen on the forced accents. BUT I like the theme!

You're saying you prefer the lighter yellow as the only base color? I don't think I would do that.
