You have two choices:
- Do your chores first
- New wife
I've been napping pretty much every weekday afternoon since 7th grade algebra class
, and I've been doing it for 30 years working in corporate and military America. Lots of studies have shown that a fifteen or twenty minute nap is very good for you, and I believe it.
I could go for a thick slice of nap right now. Stupid job forcing me to stay awake...
One of my concession employees looks high as a kite right now. I bet that guy could use a nap or three. Or a firing.
Do you work in IT Welly?
How exactly does one combine IT and revisionist history?
I'm surprised Finnish people don't nap a lot. Saunas make me sleepy
We usually drink anywhere between 10 and 20 beers when we go to the sauna.
If you can sleep, it's probably a good idea to do so. If you drink a coffee before you take a nap then when you wake up you can be very alert, as the caffeine kicks in at just the right time. Do this when your circadian rhthm gives you the afternoon boost and you'll be unstoppable.

This is extreme napping.
The Uberman sleep schedule supposedly maximizes REM sleep with six 20~30min naps through the day, for a total of 2~3h sleep a day.
I think that was proven not to work in the long run. Your body needs more sleep to recover properly.
Anyways, I sleep for about 7,5h average, and I'm never feeling sleepy during the day. I guess it depends on every individual.
Who do they expect to invade you guys now the Soviet Union has fallen? The Swedes might try to surprise us when we're too drunk.
The Vikings?
No, this is Monster:
Or a better picture:
Coffee or caffeine pills work way more efficiently than those so called "energy drinks". All they do is they dehydrate your body.
Ahem, as geekhack.org's resident napping expert (check the name), I have to clarify a few important points about the plight of modern Napping Americans.
