Production & Project BackgroundAfter the experience gained from the Two40 project, we have built far deeper insight into the full custom keyboard manufacturing workflow.
I work across multiple manufacturing and processing industries as my main career, so I initially assumed mass production would be straightforward. However, rolling out a physical product still threw up countless unforeseen production hurdles and tradeoffs.
Manufacturing & Vendor InfoMass production will be handled by Hongtu（widely regarded as China’s top facility, even in the world so far)
Primary global vendor: KBD. We are still recruiting additional regional vendors at this stage.
Current TimelinePrototypes have been sent out for reviewing. The official group buy will go live one week after review videos are released.
