How did We make The Celestial Archive come to life?
« on: Thu, 03 September 2026, 03:05:56 »
The project began with one question: How could We bring celestial imagery into forms small enough to live on a keyboard?

Ophanim (1U) - a golden eye surrounded by celestial wings; Cherubim (2.25U) - a celestial guardian embodying strength, wisdom, and mystery and Sword of Spirit (spacebar 6.25U) - a sacred sword as a symbol of truth and conviction.

Each design moves from the first sketch to resin casting, hand-painting, sanding and final finishing. We also created shine-through openings that allow keyboard LEDs to illuminate the sculpted details.

We then created Throne so that 1U artisan keycaps could still be displayed when they were off the keyboard. Its six detachable wings attach to the body with magnets, making assembly simple.

The artisan keycaps are available in four colorways: Holy, Sinful, Fallen and Ethereal. Throne is available in Holy and Sinful.

The Group Buy runs from 28 AUG - 12 SEP.
We’ll continue sharing more close-up images and behind-the-scenes moments from the development process throughout the campaign.
