I came across this.  Looks like a Deck.  Didn't see it in the Wiki.  Looks to have Cherry switches.

TG3 BL82-5RBUVS LED Backlit Keyboard
Keyboards: Deck Legend ToXiC, Dell AT-101W
Mice:
Mionix Naos 3200, Logitech MX620, Razer Diamondback 3G

Ok thanks, thought it had to be related.  The price is insane.

I own TG3 and Deck. Without the liquid proof protection, * TG3 boards are not functionally or tactile-ly different than Deck boards. However, TG3 are often sold under $30 on eBay, and Deck are NEVER sold on ebay for that low.

* EDIT - totally wrong, I could not have been more wrong.

I trolled Geekhack and all I got was an eponymous SPOS.

You're right and I'm wrong. I took apart my Deck 82 Toxic and Deck are PCB mounted. I must have been thinking of my TG3-82BL when I thought Deck was plate mounted too.

Both bottoms are aluminum; Deck has that diamond cut pattern, and TG3 has a thick aluminum plate with mounting holes.

TG3 with rubber mats for blood splatter.  Great keyboard for surgeons and serial killers.

core difference aside from the price

The TG3 surgeon/serial killer version doesn't have rollove either does it?

he's got an old revision Toxic, not Fire.

And don't judge him just yet. They had these strange first production cycles, remember? Anything was possible during those. For example 2KRO in the WASD cluster for a gamer keyboard .................................

I failed at that, my apologies.
Back when I had mine, I wasn't really sure if I would stick around or just up and run once I had found the board I want. I'm a leech like that. Investing in writing a review seemd a bad decision at the time. OF COURSE I would have written a review on my Das Model S afterwards but there are enough of those. Truly tragic...

My PCB mounted 2KRO Toxic Green 82-key Deck keyboard is an old sample that--according to the Deck forum admin--doesn't reflect the rollover capabilities of the newer (yet discontinued) Toxic 82. It would be no surprise to discover the currently-shipping Ice (¿Frost?) 82 have plate mounted Cherries.

Ripster, any indicator whether the Cherry blacks and blues are both PCB mounted in the current version, or have you sampled only one flavor of Deck PCB Cherries?

I've missed a few awesome opportunities on ebay for these babies. Once in a while an ill-labeled 'board will show up on the 'bay for <30bux. Usually ex-police models.

Oh, and by the by, someone tell datacal to restock brown swtiched G803000s. In beige. Before christmas. Now.
edit: pretty please.
keyboards!
