i really don't see how you guys are able to pull the stem through the cap, i musta disassembled switches and taken off my caps maybe at least 300x doing my v2 mod (this is a rough estimate, i did ALOT of measuring).

is it only blues that ever get pulled off, or it doesn't matter?

ya, i put it back in, and it works fine. LOL.
That's what she said.
Only the blue is pretty TIGHT. Brown, Black are ok.
But the Blue is super tight i guess because it got one mole there..

that mole seems to be the correct position (left side of the cherry word) i just tried to pull a stem off a cap with pliers and it was an uncomfortable amount of force, i couldn't do it. Then i took off the cap took out the white part (the part that makes the cherry click) and wiggling the cherry cap to the sides (if your looking at a cherry cap and you see the word cherry i'd rock it < then >) it came off.
basically i'll assume that your only able to pull a stem off a blue (cuz blacks and and browns don't have a seperate piece) and the caps are basically superglued to the stems and you ppl are like Hulks when it comes to key cap pulling!

With my ALPS board, the keycap stem snapped. But I didn't pull out any springs.
Stupid me was able to just super glue it back on, though.

Sheesh! I thought the filco caps were a **** to take off. I had to do the harlem shake to get some of them off. With the rosewill it was a lot easier.
