All of my Preh Commander 'boards are rubber dome, but this one could very well be different.

I looked at that at one point and was very much considering buying it (there was another Commander with a more standard layout) but arrived at the conclusion by Preh documentation at least that it was *probably* rubber dome. You could contact the seller and see if they'll pop a keycap off though ^^

I spent a good deal of time researching Preh some time ago and as far as I know they are all rubber domes.
