I have two Goldtouch GTC-0033 numeric keypads for sale. They appear to be unused and cost 25eur each, shipped to anywhere in the world.

Cherry MX Brown. It's the same board as GTC-0077 only white! :)

USB, has a built-in USB hub as well. Programmable? I have no idea. Try google :)
