Cyrillic lettering by Cherry Corp has a very distinct shape, very evident on the "Q Й" keycap, for one example. As far as I know, there never was a DE/Cyrillic board, although there was a GB/Cyrillic G81 (beige, doubleshot black GB, pad printed gray Cyrillic).

Actually there was. Its really rare though. I would guess they made less than 2000 of these judging by the serial numbers.

Entirely sublimation printed for both the English and Cyrillic letters:

G81-3209SAR

PS: This girl selling the board must have gotten dozens of mails. When I first asked about the model and a buy-it-now price it was 40 EUR, by now she has raised the buy-it-now price to 100 EUR. I know several OTD guys also mailed in about this. So she prolly got a flood of mails and now thinks its a gold mine.

Sadly wrong board as Zen already pointed out.

No, ALL Cherry boards with an 'S' after the article-number have dye-sublimated caps .. They are relatively rare these day .
On Cherry boards with double-shot keycaps ('H') any additional characters may also be dye-sublimated (G80-2550 HAD f.ex) .
There is also 'H'-caps with laser-engraved lettering,
probably the most common ones.
