Take a look at the Cherry MX Key Pulling and Swapping Guide. Should fit fine.

"wiggle the white stabilizer part out of the old key (fingers if possible, gently with needle nose pliers otherwise) and then reinsert in the same orientation into the replacement key. You've done it correctly if the longer part is facing the rear of the keyboard when putting the spacebar back on."
i've tried that before and it was awfully difficult to pyll those little white parts out of the keycaps... damn
