Thank you for posting this! I had been monitoring Model M space savers on ebay for a while and came up dry, so while this is not mechanical, it will be a fun counterpoint to my short Apple wired keyboard. I'm looking forward to Elite Keyboards getting a cheaper tenkeyless back in stock, then I can finally get my first mechanical.

I find it funny that the other one of these also ended at $20.50. Not terrible even after shipping.

I have a friend who bought one of the more recent Lenovo equivalents (Cleverly, in Akihabara actually). They are quite nice (suprisingly sturdy), and are probably my favourite scissor switch to type on.

If these are basically ThinkPad keyboards, then they should be pretty nice. I have a ThinkPad 600E that I pounded into the ground and it was pleasant enought to type on. I bought it used and it was my primary laptop for a a few years, and my primary computer for a year. No complaints.

I have one of these. Two complaints:
-You can't use the trackpad for scrolling only like you can with a Thinkpad.
-You can't adjust the sensitivity of the trackpoint (at least I haven't found drivers for that)

Hmm... The cursor should move faster when you push the trackpoint harder. The one on my 600E did.

I don't like getting finger cramps. Besides, I have to save my finger dexterity for other things...

The Trackpoints on the Dell laptops work great.  That reminds me; I need to install the Wackpad drivers on my laptop so I can disable it.  I miss CChan/Tales.  Where did she go?  She was the only one that appreciated "Wackpad."
