I've snagged two Model M SSK's off the bay for $65 and $68. One needed a bolt mod badly. One was in great usable shape. If you like buckling spring, and are patient, and can save a few more $$, they are great keyboards.
My GHSS minitouch had the balky, crunchy Type II XM alps switches. Ehh they're not great. I briefly considered swapping them with Alps-branded-Alps off an AEKII. Desoldering is difficult...
The stabilizer on the Minitouch's Enter key is oriented vertically. You can press the key anywhere along its tall right side and it works fine. If you press the left side of it (ie, if you are used to horizontal ANSI enter keys) it will jam up. Only the vertical part of the L-shape works well.
That minitouch was not my favorite board, it wasn't usable day-to-day.
On the plus side, the minitouch layout was fine, with only minor key remapping.
