What's your budget?  Are you looking for one that's tenkeyless, full, macro keys?

Das Keyboards are readily available for US distribution at http://www.daskeyboard.com/products/.  They offer Cherry MX Browns ("Silent") and Cherry MX Blues (Non-"Silent") in either blank keys (Ultimate) or white printed keys (Professional).

As for a review with a comparison to Filco's:  Blue Cherry Showdown - Das vs Filco (Ripster) (TL;DR - They're about the same in terms of cherry key functionality and aesthetics)

I love my Das, but I've also never owned a Filco.  The glossy plate on top is a little annoying, but when it's clean it looks mad clean.  I have two images of the keyboard in my sig from a side/angled profile.

the one in your sig is a filco?

and i've read through it, i think my number one pick would be a ducky, the filco's are nice as well.. i'm kind of pretentious when it comes to my nerd gear. i go to LAN's a lot and i like to have things that i'm not going to see the guy next to me have

Elitekeyboards.com is based in California.

If you're thinking of thekeyboardcompany (UK) then yes, they do ship to the USA.
