Pay  special  attention  to the locations of  Ctrl, Caps Lock,  Esc, and the function keys.

Looks like they were catering to AT users unwilling to retrain but requiring an enhanced keyboard. That's a Dah Yang (Unitek) K-159.

Hardware in signatures clutters Google search results. There should be a field in the profile for that (again).

This message was probably typed on a vintage G80-3000 with blues. Double-shots, baby. :D
