Yeah, it's not a mechanical, but it's probably one of the best rubber dome keyboards ever made. I don't own one, but I've typed on them before and I'd rank them alongside Keytronics for feel.

yeah definitely a pretty solid rubber dome, but i think they turn mushy pretty quickly.

i prefer my MS comfort curve 2000 for anything around this price

i'm not really sure about keytronics.  i was only judging the dell from the piles of them that i've come across sitting in empty cubes at work that are used as dumping grounds.

These are pretty good as far as rubber domes go, its probably worth the price.

I formerly had a well used and well shined Quietkey and the tactile feel was pretty decent.

Remember, get the Made in Thailand models (RT7D5JTW). The made in China SK-8000s are worse.
