Nope. There are many colours of Cherry's which denote actuation force and tactility. Blue, brown, black, red, clear, orange, green are the ones I know. There's probably more.

As far as I know the oranges are identical to black in feel, just with a smaller keystem.

The pic in the OP looks like a brown taken with poor color accuracy.

No, look at the shape of the keystem, it's not a normal Cherry.
