Manfaux, I'm not going to disagree with you on that one.  That said, buying from Newegg doesn't make me nervous like buying from armygroup or somewhere else.  That said I did have a good experience with armygroup.

Ripster, I have no clue if he talks trash.  When I play games and hear a 12 year old saying, "I pwn you noob", this is the guy I imagine is on the other side.

Ya newegg ships extremely fast as well, I meant no disrespect for your find, just saying that the Zowie is a little overpriced. I think something reasonable would be a price thats on par with the RK-9000.

Not sure why people expect all other boards but Filco to be much cheaper. After all they often enough come out of the same factory and are pretty much of the same quality (sometimes even the same board). I strongly believe that Filco's quality is an illusion caused by Majestouch doing manual quality control when he was still selling them. Ever notice how many threads suddenly pop up about faulty Filcos from the UK or from Taiwan? Coincidence? Don't think so.

I don't expect ALL other keyboard to be cheaper than Filco; The Rosewill, for example, has excellent build quality and definitely keeps up with the majestouch in every way, and I will gladly pay majestouch money for a RK9000.

Aesthetics aside, the only reason that I will buy a Filco over a RK-9000 for a premium is probably because Filco's have been around forever and people trust that shiny filco badge. People buy iPods, cars, and just about every other merchandise for the same reason.
