Yep, in UK layout. The number could be G84-4400LUBGB-0, but don't count on that.

Won this on eBay earlier. I've seen the board before, someone posted it on OCN and then also here to identify it before. I can't find it anymore. Anyone remembers?

The red legends should be easy to remember...

Heh.  When I dug out my Amiga keyboard last week and found it to have Cherry blacks, I was typing on it to show my wife what kind of keycap clack one could expect from Cherrys and she said "that's the keyboard they use in the movies when people are supposedly typing".

Apparently, that Cherry A2000 keyboard is fairly rare. I think most A2000 keyboards (including mine) are the NMB version. My favourite Amiga keyboard is the A1000, made by Cherry.

You can see the different Amiga keyboard types in this EAB thread.

$1200???  What?  Holy cow.  I have all the rest of the Amiga 2000 to go with it too, 5MB of RAM, deinterlacer card, dual floppies (now we're cookin'!), Hardframe/2000 SCSI HBA, 8088 XT PC bridge card.  If all the rest of it didn't still work I'd let that KB go for anything remotely like that kind of money.  Perhaps it's time to look at parting the old girl out.

As far as I know the only issue is some wear on the left Amiga key since it is printed instead of double-shot like the rest of the keyboard.

I got one of them too, and looking at how easy it was for me to get two of them without being an Amiga collector I'm not sure if I was just lucky or if that forum post is not all that true.

You can check my collection for some pics of the thing disassembled.

I wouldn't start drooling just yet. The guy who estimated its worth at $1200 is a well known Amiga nutcase, infamous for his ridiculous comments and insane theories.

In reality, I doubt anybody would pay much more than for a regular A2000 keyboard. (....but I might be wrong - there appear to be a few freaks on eBay willing to pay obscene amounts for various useless things)

Hardware in signatures clutters Google search results. There should be a field in the profile for that (again).

This message was probably typed on a vintage G80-3000 with blues. Double-shots, baby. :D
