I watched some youtube video and damn that the noppoo seems loud! Anyone have a filco / RF or a HHKB 2 with a noppo and can share a sound typing test with the same camera?

I have a Choc with Blues and it's not all that bad.  Just like a some of the other boards sporting blues.   The sound is a little different than my RK-9000 but I think that has more to do with the case material more than anything else.

More likely it has to do with the thick key caps. My Das had a high-pitched sound whereas my Noppoo is definitely a little lower-pitched.

I found that the volume within the cap has more to do with the pitch than the thickness. (Comparing a filco to a cherry double shot, the cherry is a little higher and more refined.

edit: I quickly did a short comparison before school
