No. But I'm pretty sure Jelly is overseas. Therefore the price may be cheaper than Elitekeyboards for some.
Just a datapoint: I bought an HHKB Pro 2 from Elite Keyboards (in the US) a couple of weeks ago, and shipping, import fees and VAT to the Netherlands came to roughly 130 dollars ~ 90 euros. That's on top of the $275 for the board itself.
Note that if seller is outside the EU, any buyer in the EU will probably still have to pay the ~ 60 euro import+VAT fee if they want it "on the books".
