Convenient way to transport Filco tenkeyless

After typing on my Filcos for a day or two my laptop's scissor switch keyboard feels mushier and well... Not nearly as good as my Filcos.

I've noticed that EK has a Leopold carrying case, does this fit a Filco tenkeyless as well? Even if it does I fear shipping might be a bit too expensive.
Any alternatives within Europe? Doesn't need to be a case for the keyboard only, a laptop bag with sufficient space would also be nice. My current bag can barely hold the power supply and the mouse, so they keyboard would never fit.

Also, in case I'd want to transport my keyboard during the coming week, are there any safe makeshift alternatives I could use while waiting for a proper case/bag?

I just use the cover that came with it. Secure it with velcro cable ties & stick it in my backpack. Bag is just an "average" 3 compartment backpack (solo 16"  checkfast).

I just received my Leopold bag and it fits not only the Leopold (yet to come) but the Realforce 86U tenkeyless perfectly.  So I'm sure it would be fine for your Filco.  Other bags will do, but this is made for these keyboards.

I thought so, but as far as I know only EK sells them, and I'm worried about shipping to Europe as that can be ridiculously expensive.

As for using the cover that came with the keyboard, that could work at times, but I often carry scalpels, markers and all kinds of messy things, so I'd rather not expose any part of the keyboard.

I guess what I really want is a laptop bag with lots of space, but so far I haven't found one.

There aren't very many out there, and I'm surprised.
PC Gamers use them. They are more popular in Korea were gaming is huge, but u can find them on Amazon and using Google. Usually they are of the sling type/messenger bag style, but have compartments for mice and other gaming accessories. They are usually pretty cool looking, as they are aimed a younger audience.

I'm also surprised there is no thread discussing them, seeing as we are on a keyboard fetish site 8P

Thanks, I'll look into it and see if I can find a European store that carries them.
They do seem quite large, though, considering that I'll only be transporting a tenkeyless keyboard. There's also the extra hassle with bringing two bags instead of just one, so I'd still like to know if anyone knows about a laptop bag with large pockets.

I did bring the keyboard with me today, but not along with the laptop so I managed to safely fit it in my bag. High-fives were had.

The size is 250x430x50mm, it couldn't even carry a full size Realforce.

Another solution could be a custom size laptop sleeve/case or the like offered by some small business. I once ordered a custom size leather book cover at $50, which works really well.

Is there anything good for a full-sized keyboard? I don't like to leave mine at the office since I'm already attracting unwanted attention to my keyboards. I just can't justify $60 on a keyboard quiver that apparently as room to store two energy drinks.

Same thing happening with my razer naga, so I ended up taking it home and back to the office twice everyday. But depending on the connector type, and the options you have, you might want to get an extension for the ps2/usb connector, cause the golden usb of my naga started to show signs of over use due to constant plugin. So I've for an extension for the cable so the extension end is the one that is getting worn now, not my mouses'
