As Ripster alluded to, he used to have awful pictures, with totally wrong color balance. These days, unless he's listing an old item that he already has a picture of from his old days, there's no issues any more with his pictures.
His prices are a bit higher that what things normally sell for, but for something that's hard to find, it's often worth it. Or for someone who wants peace of mind that they're buying from a reputable seller. My biggest gripe was his shipping. I recall previously that on the items I was interested in, he only had expedited shipping, and quite expensive at that. Looks though that he's recently added a more reasonable standard shipping. Still a bit on the expensive side, but better than it was.
I've had zero problems with Ncbound10 and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him if you're willing to pay the price.
On the other hand, one of the other biggest sellers of keyboards on eBay, rarekeyboardstore, is just the opposite in my experience. I have nothing good to say about him. He pawns off stuff that doesn't even match his listing, refuses to take it back, blows up immediately the moment you make the slightest complaint, and the list goes on.
