thats a pretty great deal. If I wasnt waiting for rk-9000s to get back in stock I would grab one of those.

It's a great keyboard.  This is a good price.  It's not as clean and crisp/solid as the RK-9000 but it is a good value, anyway.

I disagree about it being great. The macro buttons on the side kept throwing me off. I will admit its a good price though.

It's had issues but as an entry level (lol) mechanical for 60 dollars this is hard not to recommend for people without decent keyboards.

I've been using both for a few months.  The Black Widow is more enjoyable to type on for me.  The firmware controller and driver software are just amazing at this price.  I like being able to remap keys and other things unheard of on most other keyboards.

Aside from the 'gamer' aesthetic, what's so bad about the BlackWidow? Does the construction feel flimsy? I do remember reading that the Dragon Age II edition of the BlackWidow had sticky keys, must be slightly oversized keycaps or misaligned keyswitches or something

The only real problem I had with mine, and it was kind of a major one, was that the larger keys (excluding the spacebar, thank god) were much stiffer than the other keys. Extremely annoying.

Sounds like it might be a stabilizer problem

I have to agree regarding higher force on the larger keys - I have the Ultimate version and that's my biggest complaint.
